**HKZ Interior Decoration LLC** is hiring an experienced **Painting Supervisor** with strong knowledge in paint mixing and polishing works for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all painting and polishing works in the workshop and on-site.
- Handle paint mixing, color matching, and material preparation.
- nsure proper surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming.
- Monitor PU painting, wood finishing, and polishing quality.
- Allocate daily work to painters and polishers and monitor productivity.
- Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards.
- Maintain proper use of materials and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with production and project teams for timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in the workshop.
Requirements
- Strong experience in PU painting, wood polishing, and finishing works.
- Excellent knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and polishing machines.
- Experience in supervising painting teams in joinery or interior fit-out industry.
- Ability to manage workflow and maintain quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
