Responsibilities

- : Monitor coating application, thickness, and curing to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- **Surface Preparation**
- : Oversee blasting, cleaning, and priming activities prior to coating application.
- **Documentation**
- : Maintain records of paint usage, inspection reports, and quality assurance documentation.
- **Safety Compliance**
- : Enforce offshore HSE standards, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems during painting operations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Industrial Coatings or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–7 years of offshore painting/coating supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of
- protective coatings, surface preparation, and offshore corrosion control
- .
- Ability to read and interpret coating specifications, QA/QC procedures, and project drawings.
- Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, and NOC coating standards.
• ASTM D4228 Coating Qualification
- BOSIET / HUET (OPITO certified)
