• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Drivers license required
• Prior paint experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position which includes frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, climbing, standing, pushing/pulling, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Perform paint preparation tasks, including masking, caulking, and wash booth operations.
• Spray primer, paint, and urethane onto end products.
• Operate a forklift and crane periodically throughout the shift, as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Follow standardized work instructions and procedures to carry out tasks.
• Monitor processes to identify and resolve any issues.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
