What You Bring:
- 3+ years of commercial painting experience
- Strong knowledge of coatings for various surfaces (including weather-exposed metals)
- Ability to read plans, estimate materials, and manage projects independently
- Skilled in surface prep, specialty finishes, and detail work
- Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and customer service
- Physical Requirements:
- Work at heights (ladders/scaffolding up to 20+ ft)
- Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, climbing)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (2+ years)
