Requirement
- 1–2 years of painting and blasting experience, with knowledge of paint mixing and application
- Prepare surfaces before painting (cleaning, sanding, scraping, and proper feathering paint)
- Ensure proper mixing as per specifications.
- Follow approved painting procedure, standards, and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to project specifications, drawings, and coating requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other team members for smooth workflow.
- Follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations during all painting activities
