Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform **surface preparation** including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply **paint, stains, and protective coatings** to surfaces.
• Ensure **accurate color matching** and finishing quality.
• Maintain and clean **painting tools, sprayers, and equipment**.
• Mix paints and materials to achieve **desired textures and colors**.
• Follow instructions from **team leaders and supervisors**.
• Maintain a **clean and safe work environment**.
• Report any **damaged materials or tools** Requirements
• **Minimum 3 years of professional experience in painting (mandatory).**
• **Car painting experience will be highly preferred.**
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good **hand-eye coordination and attention to detail**.
• Ability to estimate material requirements and surface areas.
• Experience using **painting tools such as sprayers, rollers, and related equipment**.
