The Painter prepares and finishes surfaces and equipment, supports operational needs, and follows workplace safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tools, CCUs, equipment, and surfaces for painting.
- Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and sealants; carry out polishing and buffing.
- Repair surface defects using fillers, putty, and plaster.
- Inspect work periodically and report non-conformities.
- Maintain a clean work environment and keep tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Follow ADNOC HSE standards and workplace safety regulations and support operational requirements as assigned.
Requirements
- Secondary School Certificate.
- At least 2 years of UAE experience as a Painter, or 3 years of overseas experience.
- Experience in industrial painting and surface preparation.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Mandatory certificates
- Basic Fire Fighting.
- Basic First Aid.
- Safe Use of Tools.
- ADNOC Medical Fitness Certificate.
Preferred experience
- Experience in industrial, oil and gas, warehouse, or drilling environments is preferred.
- A safety-conscious approach and commitment to quality work are preferred.
