is hiring a

Paid Social Executive

to take ownership of high-performing, conversion-led campaigns across their growing digital acquisition channels.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role where you'll manage Paid Social activity end-to-end - from campaign setup and optimisation through to reporting and insight - across Meta, TikTok and other key platforms.

The business is heavily investing in digital growth and is looking for someone who can help scale customer acquisition through data-led, test-and-learn Paid Social activity.

The Role

You'll join a growing performance marketing team focused on driving ecommerce revenue and improving ROAS across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Building, launching and optimising Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Managing full-funnel, direct-response ecommerce campaigns focused on conversion and revenue growth
  • Owning audience targeting, segmentation and retargeting strategies
  • Running structured creative testing to identify and scale high-performing ads
  • Monitoring and optimising performance against ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion metrics
  • Working closely with creative teams to brief and refine ad assets
  • Supporting influencer and creator-led Paid Social activity where relevant
  • Analysing performance data and turning insights into actionable optimisation strategies
  • Supporting regular reporting across key campaign metrics
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scale spend and drive acquisition growth

The Ideal Candidate

  • The successful candidate will likely have:
  • āœ” Hands-on Paid Social experience managing campaigns end-to-end
  • āœ” Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager (TikTok Ads experience beneficial)
  • āœ” A background in ecommerce or direct-response / DTC performance marketing
  • āœ” Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion metrics
  • āœ” A test-and-learn mindset with strong analytical ability
  • āœ” Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
  • āœ” A proactive, commercially minded approach to performance optimisation
  • This role would suit someone currently working as a
  • Paid Social Executive, Paid Media Executive or Performance Marketing Executive
