This private equity-backed healthcare group is on a growth trajectory-expanding organically and through acquisition.

They are looking for a Group Sales and Marketing Director to build and lead the commercial function across our portfolio, drive revenue growth, and shape how we they go to market.

****The Role****

You'll own the full commercial strategy-sales, marketing, brand, and business development-across multiple healthcare businesses.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a seat at the executive table and direct influence on investment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the group-wide sales and marketing strategy aligned with growth targets and PE timelines
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing commercial team across the portfolio
  • Drive new business acquisition, retention, and cross-sell/upsell across service lines
  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation for the group and individual businesses
  • Partner with operational leadership to align commercial activity with capacity and service delivery
  • Lead integration of commercial functions in acquired businesses
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, and forecasting frameworks; present performance to the board and investors
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends in healthcare

****What We're Looking For****

  • Proven commercial leadership in healthcare services, ideally within a PE or high-growth environment
  • Track record of delivering measurable revenue growth-not just managing pipelines
  • Experience building and scaling sales and marketing teams, including post-acquisition integration
  • Strong grasp of B2B and B2B2C go-to-market strategies in regulated sectors
  • Analytical and data-driven, with fluency in CRM, marketing automation, and performance metrics
  • Credible at board level; able to translate commercial strategy into investor-ready narratives
  • Comfortable operating at pace, with ambiguity, and across multiple business units
