Overview
Candidates without hands-on paid media experience will not be considered.
We are looking for a
results-oriented Paid Media Specialist
who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
You will be responsible for driving
qualified leads, conversions, and revenue growth
for our clients.
Key Responsibility
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:
• TikTok Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize campaigns based on:
• CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate
- Conduct
- A/B testing
- on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement and manage:
• Meta Pixel, Conversion API
- Google Tag Manager & GA4 tracking
- Analyze performance and provide
- actionable insights & reports
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in
- performance marketing / paid media
- Strong expertise in:
• Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Experience with tracking tools:
• GA4, GTM, Pixels
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Experience managing
- multi-market campaigns (GCC preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
