A fast-growing logistics and import-export firm operating across the UAE, we specialize in end-to-end supply chain solutions for retail, FMCG, and e-commerce clients.
With a focus on speed, accuracy, and compliance, our team ensures seamless packaging, labeling, and dispatch of goods to regional and international markets.
We’re scaling our warehouse operations and seeking dependable, detail-oriented Packing Helpers to support our daily shipping volumes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and seal products according to shipment orders, ensuring correct item count, weight, and packaging material.
- Operate handheld scanners and logistics software to update inventory and track outgoing shipments in real-time.
- Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists) under team lead supervision.
- Maintain clean, organized packing stations and adhere to safety & hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in loading/unloading goods from trucks and staging pallets for outbound shipments.
- Report discrepancies in stock, damaged packaging, or incorrect labels immediately to supervisors.
Must-Have
- Basic literacy in English (reading/writing shipping labels and instructions)
- Ability to operate handheld scanners or barcode devices
- Experience with warehouse packing or logistics support (any sector)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended shifts
- Attention to detail and ability to follow checklists
- Valid UAE labor card or eligibility to obtain one
Preferred
- Previous exposure to ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho Inventory)
- Familiarity with DG packing regulations or e-commerce fulfillment
- Basic understanding of UAE customs documentation (not mandatory)
