Responsibilities
- What you’ll be doing
- In this role, you'll partner with operational leaders to help them understand performance and make data-led decisions that improve outcomes for members. You'll spend time analysing information, identifying opportunities for improvement and turning complex data into simple, actionable insight. You'll lead conversations with stakeholders, providing support, challenge and recommendations that help teams deliver their goals. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to influence decisions, drive improvements and see the impact of your work across the business.
- About you
- The minimum requirements for this role are:
- Proven experience analysing complex performance data and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support business decision-making
- Working knowledge of workforce management tool Active Ops (AOM)
- Strong experience using performance management, operational management or resource planning tools to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements
- Experience creating and using reports, dashboards and data visualisations
- Demonstrable ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through insight, challenge and evidence-based recommendations
- Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement initiatives that have enhanced operational performance, efficiency or customer outcomes
- Our customer first behaviours put customers and members at the heart of how we work together. They are the set of behaviours that every colleague needs to display, in every role:
- Feel what customers feel - We step into our customers’ shoes, using their feedback and insights to empathise with them and to understand their needs, so that every decision we make starts and finishes with our customers in mind
- Say it straight - We are brave in speaking out and saying what we think – we’re honest and direct with good intent, openly sharing diverse perspectives to reach the best conclusions and using language everyone can understand
- Push for better - We don’t settle for mediocrity, we challenge the status quo, taking responsibility for continuous improvement and personal development
- Get it done - We prioritise what will have the greatest impact, we are decisive, and we take accountability for delivering brilliant customer outcomes
- You can strengthen your application by showing how our customer first behaviours resonate with you, and where you may have already demonstrated these.
