Role Description
The Owner role at LEDDOMAIN.KSA is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.
The Owner will oversee the overall business strategy, set organizational goals, and ensure that operations, sales, and customer service align with the company’s vision.
Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory and logistics, and reviewing financial performance and budgets.
The role also involves leading and mentoring team members, establishing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
The Owner will identify new market opportunities, drive marketing and business development initiatives, and make data-informed decisions to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills, with the ability to guide and motivate diverse staff members.
- Proficiency in business planning, budgeting, and financial oversight, including revenue tracking, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation, preferably in lighting, LED, or related technical product sectors.
- Operational management capabilities, including inventory control, supply chain coordination, and process optimization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in a professional business environment; Arabic and English proficiency is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with local business regulations and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience as a business owner or senior manager is highly valued.
