Role Description
The Owner at Hilton in Dubai will oversee the performance, strategic direction, and brand alignment of one or more Hilton properties, ensuring strong financial results and exceptional guest experiences.
This full-time, on-site role involves collaborating with Hilton corporate and brand teams, reviewing operational and financial reports, and guiding property leadership to meet agreed performance goals.
The Owner will participate in key decisions related to capital improvements, service offerings, pricing strategies, and long-term asset management, while upholding Hilton standards and local regulatory requirements.
Day-to-day activities include monitoring occupancy and revenue trends, evaluating guest feedback, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment that reflects Hilton’s culture and values.
The Owner also represents the property in local business, community, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen the hotel’s reputation and growth potential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality ownership, hotel asset management, or senior-level leadership in the lodging or real estate sector.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, investment analysis, and long-term asset planning.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with brand, operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, local regulatory requirements in Dubai, and best practices in service quality and safety.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build constructive relationships with Hilton corporate teams, property leadership, and local partners.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with a focus on sustainable growth, brand integrity, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage.
