Key Responsibilities

  • · Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishware, and workspaces
  • · Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and cleaning systems
  • · Complete deep cleaning tasks and follow nightly cleaning schedules
  • · Prepare overnight staff meals and assist with light guest food requests
  • · Maintain organized storage areas and proper chemical handling
  • · Ensure all kitchen areas are reset and prepared for the morning team
  • · Support overnight operations and communicate effectively with team members
  • · Remove waste and maintain a safe, hygienic working environment
  • · Uphold Aman’s standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Requirements
  • · Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred
  • · Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • · Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
  • · Strong organizational and time management skills
  • · Positive attitude with a professional and team-oriented approach
  • · Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including standing, lifting, and bending
  • · Basic culinary knowledge is an asset
  • · High School diploma or equivalent preferred
