Qualifications
- You hold a college diploma in business, sales, marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- You have 1 year or more of experience in the recycling industry, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals (an asset);
- You possess a valid Class 5 driver's licence;
- You have strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- You have excellent mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities;
- You have knowledge of metal alloy identification (an asset);
- You are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite;
- You are able to travel throughout the assigned territory;
- You have experience using various CRM systems (an asset);
- You are bilingual (French/English); this is considered an asset for the Quebec region;
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills;
- You have excellent communication abilities;
- You enjoy working as part of a team;
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret results;
- You are able to establish and manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment;
- You have a solid understanding of organizational management.
