Core Responsibilities

  • Call on local Medical practices and Self-insured Companies to develop referral relationships focused on Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy Develop new and existing relationships Facilitate incoming referrals through designated tracking channels Custom tracking will be in place for identification of new guest Track and report on all guest volume and sources

  • Work with VP of Business Development to expand regionally once at scale in DFW Market Create and execute on sales goals and targets

  • Comp is base salary + 50$ per new guest completed visit, as indicated by agreed upon tracking sources and channels
  • Mileage and agreed upon expense reimbursement
  • Must be an independent self-starter that is comfortable with independence and accountability

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare Sales
  • Exhibits behaviors consistent with motivated sales professional
  • Must be able to triage multiple referrals and update their status regularly
  • Ability to work full time Monday-Friday
  • Ability to demonstrate professional communication, and work well with others
  • Must be able to learn our patient management systems and tracking platforms
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Must be proficient with Outlook, Excel
