Position: Insurance Sales Representative
Location
- Grand Prairie | Mansfield | Duncanville
Schedule
- Monday – Friday Base Salary: $35,000 + Commission + Bonuses

💼 What You’ll Do
Connect with inbound and outbound leads to offer personalized auto, home, and life insurance solutions
Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, empathy, and exceptional service
Master quoting and sales systems (training provided—no experience needed!)
Collaborate with a motivated team focused on personal and professional growth
Participate in contests, team events, and leadership development opportunities
🚀 What We Offer
- $35,000 Base Salary + uncapped commission
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
