Role overview
Manage the All Day Dining outlet at Raffles The Palm, overseeing operations, professional service, administration, and staff development.
Reports to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or Director of Food & Beverage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and service standards.
- Supervise, motivate, train, and assess employees; conduct meetings and monitor targets.
- Handle complaints, provide service recovery, and maintain guest preference records.
- Inspect food and beverage quality; manage staff scheduling, labor costs, equipment stock, and inventory coordination.
- Maintain accounting procedures, operating logs, maintenance schedules, cleaning plans, and departmental cleanliness.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of hotel experience.
- Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or equivalent.
- Excellent reading, written, and oral English proficiency.
- Experience across outlet service, with leadership, training, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Professionalism, human resources management capability, business acumen, energy, and determination.
Work environment
- The role manages a food and beverage outlet at a hotel resort and coordinates with stewarding, housekeeping, engineering, and hygiene colleagues.
