An Outlet Manager opportunity at Mi Amie, within Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise daily food and beverage outlet operations for efficient team delivery.
- Train subordinates on the job and provide constructive development feedback.
- Maintain positive colleague relationships and support shared goals.
- Implement food and beverage standards and corrective action in line with company policies.
- Monitor profitability, recommend solutions, and help implement corrective measures.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
- Monitor food, beverage, and guest-service quality; escalate major problems and complaints.
Candidate qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in international luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling, inventory management, and cost control.
- Proven leadership and team development skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A Hotel Management or F&B Management diploma or degree and/or Health & Safety certification is an advantage.

Compensation
