Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Salesman for our Construction Machinery Rental Company ( Multan Equipment Rental L.L.C ). The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, inviting new customers, and promoting our services. The role also requires guiding clients about our Core Cutting and Concrete Cutting services (wall and slab cutting).
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit construction sites regularly to meet contractors, engineers, and site staff
- Invite and onboard new customers for machinery rental services
- Promote and explain Core Cutting and Concrete Cutting services (wall & slab cutting)
- Guide customers on suitable solutions based on their project requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- Candidate must have UAE Valid Driving License ( Preferred )
- Any experience in outdoor sales (construction or machinery rental field )
- Experience visiting construction sites and dealing with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors
- Ability to explain services to customers in a clear and simple way
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good communication in required Malayalam, Tamil (English, Urdu/Hindi )
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor/site environments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Any
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
