Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and dynamic

Outdoor Sales Representative

to join our team, specializing in the sales of

Power and Cooling products and services

.

This role involves working in the field, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical understanding of power and cooling solutions, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Sales Development & Prospecting

+ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

+ Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and presentations to potential clients across various industries (e.g., IT, telecommunications, data centers, industrial).

+ Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and closing of sales.

• Product Knowledge & Solution Selling

  • + Understand the technical aspects of power and cooling products (e.g., UPS systems, generators, air conditioning units, HVAC systems) and services (e.g., installation, maintenance, upgrades).
  • + Provide expert guidance to clients, offering tailored solutions based on their specific requirements and needs.
  • Relationship Management:
  • + Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • + Respond to inquiries and provide after-sales support, ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • + Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands in the power and cooling sector.
  • + Share insights with the internal team to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
  • + Provide regular sales performance reports to the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education:
  • + A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • + Proven experience in sales, preferably in the power, cooling, HVAC, or energy solutions industry.
  • + Experience selling technical products and services is highly desirable.

• Skills & Competencies

  • + Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • + Strong ability to build relationships and manage key accounts.
  • + Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • + Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to clients.
  • + Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Other Requirements:
  • + Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client objections effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certifications or training in power, cooling, HVAC, or related fields.
  • Experience working with large corporations, data centers, or critical infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices within the power and cooling sector.
