Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Promote and sell the company's services.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the company database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of outdoor sales experience.
- Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of the local market and business environment is an advantage.
- Candidates will be evaluated based on their actual sales performance and business generation capabilities, not solely on interview responses or claimed experience.
- The company values measurable results, customer acquisition, and successful conversion of sales opportunities.
- During the probation period, employees will be assessed on their ability to generate new customers, secure orders, and contribute to business growth.
- Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
