Outdoor Sales Executive – (Plywood & Timber)

Job Summary
We are looking for a
dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive
with strong experience in
plywood, timber, and building materials
to drive sales growth in the UAE market.
The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets by actively engaging with contractors, carpenters, joinery workshops, interior fit-out companies, and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for
- plywood, timber, MDF, laminates, veneers, and allied wood products
- Conduct
- outdoor sales visits
- to contractors, joineries, carpenters, interior designers, and project sites
- Achieve assigned
- monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and outstanding quotations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
- Identify opportunities for new products and market expansion
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing approvals, and credit control norms
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- **3–5 years of UAE experience**
- in outdoor sales of
- plywood, Timber, Wood, Laminates, MDF, Veneer etc.
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction and interior fit-out market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
- Valid
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Familiar with Dubai and Northern Emirates market routes
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
