Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Outdoor Sales Executive.
The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting tailored telecom and digital solutions, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
include achieving sales targets, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and promote the company's services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, as well as the ability to meet and exceed sales targets effectively.
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of telecom and digital solutions; familiarity with the UAE market is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically as part of the role.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
