About This Role
Outdoor Sales Executive – Telecom
We are currently looking for motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new home and business service connections for DU telecom
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities (door-to-door / field sales)
- Present products and services clearly to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions (calls, emails, visits)
- Manage and follow up on leads, including scheduling face-to-face meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience (preferably with DU or Etisalat channel partners)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 2,500 – AED 5,000 (based on experience)
- Attractive commission structure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
