Outdoor Sales Executive – Telecom

We are currently looking for motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new home and business service connections for DU telecom
  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities (door-to-door / field sales)
  • Present products and services clearly to potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions (calls, emails, visits)
  • Manage and follow up on leads, including scheduling face-to-face meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience (preferably with DU or Etisalat channel partners)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive

Salary & Benefits

  • AED 2,500 – AED 5,000 (based on experience)
  • Attractive commission structure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
