Role overview

Activities and participant engagement

• Assist with team-building games, outdoor challenges, and adventure activities.
• Explain activity instructions, demonstrate tasks, and run activity stations.
• Encourage participation, teamwork, and a positive atmosphere.
• Support group supervision and transitions, adapting communication to different ages and abilities.

Event setup and support

• Set up, organize, and pack away activity equipment; prepare activity areas and keep them tidy.
• Follow the event schedule and lead facilitator's instructions.
• Support participant registration, group allocation, and other event logistics as needed.

Safety and guest experience

• Follow event safety procedures and child safeguarding guidelines.
• Monitor participant wellbeing and promptly report concerns to the event leader.
• Treat participants with patience, respect, and professionalism and represent the company with a friendly attitude.

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE and comfortable interacting with children, corporate clients, or both.
• Energetic, physically active, and comfortable working outdoors; reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Confident English communication skills and availability for occasional weekday and/or weekend assignments.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, camps, events, childcare, or group activities is preferred.
• First aid certification or child safeguarding training is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Assignments and fees

• Assignments are paid freelance work; fees and working hours are agreed before each event.
• Instructors may accept assignments according to their availability.

Support and development

• Activity briefings and guidance are provided by experienced event leaders.
• Repeat assignments and development opportunities within the growing team may be available.
