We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Catering & Events Sales Manager to join Novotel and Aparthotel Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha, United Arab Emirates.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales initiatives in the competitive outdoor catering and events market.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team while delivering innovative event solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the outdoor catering and events sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques, client engagement, and performance optimization

Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for outdoor catering and events services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements

Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present customized catering and event solutions

Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth potential and inform strategic decisions

Manage sales pipelines and forecasts, utilizing CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and client interactions
