Outbound Lead Generation Specialist (WhatsApp, Telegram & Social Media Messaging)
About This Role
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven individual to generate qualified leads through targeted messaging on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This is not a basic messaging role.
We need someone who can write persuasive messages, manage conversations, and convert prospects into real business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target audiences across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Write high-converting outreach messages (initial message, follow-ups, closing messages)
- Send daily outreach messages based on a structured plan
- Handle incoming replies and guide prospects toward calls or inquiries
- Follow up consistently to convert leads
- Track and manage leads using CRM or reporting tools
- Analyze performance and continuously improve messaging and outreach strategy
Requirements:
- Strong copywriting skills (persuasive messaging)
- Basic understanding of sales and customer behavior
- High level of discipline and consistency
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage conversations and follow-ups
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Nice to Have:
- Experience in lead generation or DM outreach
- Background in sales or marketing
- Experience with CRM tools
- Experience in international markets or service-based businesses
