Organizational Development Manager

Role purpose

Key responsibilities

• Translate the CEO’s strategic direction into practical development plans and measurable initiatives.
• Assess processes, structures, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, costs, and cross-department coordination.
• Develop performance indicators and dashboards, monitor progress, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Work with Operations and the Project Management Office to improve contract and project delivery.
• Support governance, policy, responsibility, and delegated-authority improvements.
• Lead change activities, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.
• Support digital transformation and process automation with Technology and Information Technology.
• Prepare business cases and feasibility assessments; report results, risks, and approval decisions to the CEO.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in organizational development, transformation, management consulting, or program management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working with senior executives.
• Practical experience in process improvement, governance, organizational restructuring, and performance management.
• Experience delivering transformation from planning through implementation and measuring results.
• Experience preparing feasibility studies and business cases.
• Experience in digital transformation, ERP systems, partnerships, or service delivery improvement is an advantage.

Certifications and skills

• PMP certification is preferred.
• CCMP or an equivalent change management certification is preferred.
• Executive education in leadership or organizational change is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead change, coordinate across departments, define performance indicators, assess costs, benefits, and risks, and turn recommendations into measurable improvements.
• Proficiency in Arabic and professional working proficiency in English.
