Your Day To Day
We are looking for a passionate, service-oriented, and detail-focused Room Service Order Taker to join our Food & Beverage team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests placing in-room dining orders, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional hospitality and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer all room service calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Take guest orders accurately while demonstrating strong menu knowledge, including promotions, ingredients, and allergens.
- Upsell menu items and suggest appropriate add-ons to enhance the guest experience.
- Input orders accurately into the POS system and communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
- Coordinate order preparation and delivery timing to ensure service standards are met.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure all billing and posting procedures are completed accurately.
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen, stewarding, and service colleagues to support smooth operations.
What We Need From You
- Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage, Room Service, Call Center, or Guest Service is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
- Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems (e.g., MICROS) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
