Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Order Taker to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a crucial member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for accurately taking and processing customer orders while ensuring a positive dining experience. Answer incoming calls and greet customers promptly and professionally Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders from customers Input orders into the restaurant's order management system Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food items, ingredients, and preparation methods Upsell additional menu items when appropriate Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Stay updated on menu changes, daily specials, and ongoing promotions Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
