About This Role
Overview
Vogue Hospitality is looking for a friendly and efficient Order Taker to join our team at **Pk Signature**.
The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth customer experience by accurately taking orders, assisting guests, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selection
- Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen team
- Provide information about menu items, offers, and promotions
- Handle billing and process payments correctly
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Food & Beverage / QSR preferred)
