About This Role
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Order Taker** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately taking customer orders, ensuring excellent service, and coordinating with the kitchen and service staff to deliver a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders via phone, online platforms, or in-person
- Enter orders accurately into the system
- Confirm order details, including items, quantities, and special instructions
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely service
- Handle customer inquiries and provide menu information
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role (F&B or restaurant preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (POS systems preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have valid QID and transferable visa (if applicable)
