Order Fulfillment Executive

To manage daily online order fulfilment and customer engagement.

Based at Wafi Mall, this role ensures smooth operations, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service, while coordinating closely with retail and logistics teams.

**Order Management & Fulfilment:** Track all incoming online orders and ensure timely fulfilment. o Coordinate deliveries primarily from Wafi Mall stock, and occasionally from Outlet Mall or other retail stores.

**Procurement Support:** Assist in urgent purchases for last-minute procurement runs to market when required.

**Logistics & Documentation:** Prepare and complete all system documents for stock transfers from retail stores to the e-commerce location.

Maintain accurate records of transfers and deliveries for future reference.

**Cash Handling & Returns:** Collect cash for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders and deposit daily with Wafi Mall collections.

Manage customer returns in line with company policy, ensuring smooth resolution and customer satisfaction.

**Customer Engagement:** Handle customer phone calls related to delivery fulfilment or product inquiries.

Engage with customers via WhatsApp chats, providing prompt and professional responses.
