Job Title: Oracle Integration Lead

Around 8 years Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead is responsible for the platform management, development support and delivery support of integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications (Financials, HCM, SCM) and internal/external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

This role combines hands-on integration development with OIC platform administration and release management responsibilities, ensuring integrations are delivered in a controlled, secure, and scalable manner.

The consultant will work closely with architects, functional teams, and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery and stable operations of the integration platform.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of IT experience, with 6-8 years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Hands-on experience in Fusion integrations and OIC platform operations.
  • Experience working in integration delivery projects with structured release cycles.

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including integrations, connections, and packages.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations (REST/SOAP, FBDI, business events).
  • Experience with OIC adapters (ERP, HCM, REST, SOAP, FTP, Database).
  • Experience with BIP for integration support.
  • Build integrations supporting key business processes (Finance or SCM focus).
  • Understanding of integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven).
  • Knowledge of security configurations (OAuth, certificates, keys, roles, policies).
  • Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in OIC.

Release & Environment Management

  • Plan and execute integration releases and deployments across environments.
  • Coordinate with DevOps and project teams to align release schedules.
  • Maintain version control, rollback strategies, and deployment documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to CI/CD practices and release governance.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure integrations follow enterprise standards, naming conventions, and security policies.
  • Maintain documentation for integrations, deployments, and configurations.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements related to integration platform usage.

Platform Management (Oic Ownership)

  • Manage and maintain OIC environments (DEV, TEST, PROD), including configurations and access control.
  • Handle
  • deployment and migration of integrations
  • across environments using OIC packages and CI/CD processes.
  • Manage
  • connections, certificates, keys, and security configurations
  • within OIC.
  • Monitor platform health, integration instances, and error logs; ensure system stability and uptime.
  • Maintain naming conventions, folder structures, and governance standards within OIC.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with architects, functional consultants, and business teams.
  • Communicate delivery status, issues, and risks effectively.
  • Participate in project planning, design discussions, and release reviews.
