Role Summary
- Strong Finacle knowledge (10x/11x) and understanding of banking processes are key.
- Fair understanding on selenium /java or playwright /NodeJS concepts.
- Candidate should be able to understand the existing framework and enhance it.
- Prioritize candidates with strong Finacle and domain knowledge.
- Ensure clarity on system processes and workflows
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of Finacle Core Banking applications and end-to-end business workflows.
- Must have hands-on experience in the complete lifecycle of one or more Finacle modules, preferably the Asset Module.
- Candidates with only enquiry-level testing exposure in Finacle products will not be considered.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and understand the impact of changes across the entire Finacle workflow and related modules.
- Expertise in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Strong experience in Automation Testing, including writing, executing, and maintaining automation test scripts.
- Ability to identify downstream and upstream impacts when changes are introduced in Finacle products.
- Experience in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and test documentation.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, lending/asset products, and core banking operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
