Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Managed Services.
  • Hands‐on expertise in Core HR, Absence, and OTL modules; Payroll knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting clients under UK and US employment legislation.
  • Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast‐paced, client‐focused environment.
  • Relevant Oracle HCM certification (e.g., OCE, OCP) preferred.
  • Proficiency with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and ITSM processes.
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‐to‐day support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL).
  • Configure and maintain system settings to align with UK and US statutory requirements.
  • Assist clients with payroll integrations and related data flows where applicable.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and implement proactive fixes.
  • Manage incident and request tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to design and implement enhancements.
  • Conduct regular client workshops and training sessions on HCM best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, root‐cause analyses, and remediation plans.
  • Participate in knowledge‐transfer activities and maintain documentation repositories.
  • Stay updated on Oracle HCM releases, UK/US legislative changes, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‐on expertise in Core HR, Absence, and OTL modules; Payroll knowledge is a plus.
  • Relevant Oracle HCM certification (e.g., OCE, OCP) preferred.
