Experience: 8+ years (including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Job Description -

The Oracle Fusion SaaS Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.

This role ensures smooth operations, user access management, and coordination with Oracle support.

Unlike traditional DBA roles, focus is on application administration and security.

1.

Environment Management

  • :
  • Coordinate environment provisioning with Oracle
  • Manage Dev, Test, UAT, and Production instances
  • Handle environment cloning and refreshes
  • Manage maintenance cycles

2. Security & User Administration

  • :
  • Manage users in Oracle IAM/IDCS
  • Configure roles and access control
  • Support SSO integration

3. Application Configuration

  • Use FSM to enable modules
  • Support setup activities
  • Manage sandboxes

4. Data Management

  • Load data using FBDI, HDL
  • Troubleshoot data issues

5. Monitoring & Support

  • Monitor ESS jobs
  • Handle incidents and raise Oracle SRs

6. Release Management

  • Support quarterly updates
  • Coordinate testing cycles

7. Integration Support

  • Assist integration setup
  • Monitor file transfers and APIs

8. Governance

  • Maintain documentation
  • Ensure compliance

Required Skills

  • Oracle Fusion knowledge
  • FSM, Security console
  • Data loading tools
  • Basic API understanding

  • OIC knowledge
  • OCI basics
