• tLead end-to-end delivery of Automation, RPA, and AI transformation projects from discovery to hypercare and support transition
• .Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
• .Establish governance frameworks, project reporting, status tracking, and executive dashboards
• .Drive milestone management and successful delivery across multiple automation initiatives
• .Ensure compliance with PMO standards and customer governance requirements

• tEngage with senior business stakeholders, IT leadership, and customer teams
• .Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, governance discussions, and escalations
• .Conduct steering committee meetings, project reviews, and executive status reporting
• .Build strong relationships with business sponsors and regional stakeholders

.AI & Digital Transformatio

• nIdentify opportunities for AI-led process transformation
• .Support initiatives involving Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Document Understanding, Chatbots, and AI-driven decision automation
• .Collaborate with enterprise architecture and business teams to define automation roadmaps

• eLead cross-functional delivery teams including BA, Developers, QA, Architects, and Support teams
• .Mentor team members and ensure adherence to delivery best practices
