Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and production support.
• Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Configure and support HCM, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting Cloud.
• Develop, modify, and support Fast Formulas.
• Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Manage HDL data migration, deployment, and cutover.
• Troubleshoot critical configuration issues and provide functional solutions.
• Coordinate integrations and interface requirements with technical teams.
• Lead project teams, coordinate stakeholders, contribute to ERP practice building and presales, and collaborate across time zones.

Required experience and skills

• At least 10 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Hands-on experience in Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules, Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM architecture, and integration touchpoints.
• Experience implementing and modifying Fast Formulas.
• Experience with configuration documentation, test scripts, user training materials, HDL migration, deployment, and cutover.
• Strong troubleshooting, production support, project leadership, presales, client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to collaborate across time zones.

Good to have

• Oracle Implementation Certification is an advantage.
• Additional experience with Oracle EBS HRMS, Absence Management, and Payroll is an advantage.
