Role Overview

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programs across planning, design, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and operational stabilization.

Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations across multiple workstreams and align delivery with business objectives and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager required.
  • Experience across different sectors is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
  • Oversee cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and coexistence strategy.
  • Manage environment and instance planning, release management, and testing governance.
  • Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO governance and telecom industry standards.
  • Support organizational change management, training, and user adoption activities.
