Lead public-sector data and AI transformation initiatives across Saudi Arabia.
Combine technical depth in enterprise AI strategy and roadmaps with commercial capability in high-stakes government RFPs.
Bid Management and Presales
- Lead end-to-end authoring of technical and financial proposals for complex government RFPs.
- Architect competitive pricing, Level-of-Effort estimations, and resource models aligned with public procurement guidelines.
Strategic Delivery and Advisory
- Direct cross-functional consulting squads delivering high-impact strategic projects.
- Create current-state evaluations, data maturity assessments, target data and AI operating models, and multi-year execution roadmaps.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary on-site anchor for project steering committees.
- Manage relationships at C-suite, Director-General, and ministerial levels, navigating scope changes and driving alignment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a listed related field.
- At least 13 years of IT consultancy experience focused on data strategy, AI transformation, and presales or bid management.
- Ability to translate national visions into actionable, ROI-driven data maturity frameworks.
- Deep experience in proposal writing and bid management.
- Saudi market knowledge is highly preferred, with Saudi government consulting experience a strong advantage.
