About This Role
Overview
- This role requires strategic leadership in designing and implementing scalable, high-performing Oracle Fusion Financials solutions while ensuring compliance. The Solution Architect will work closely with CFOs, finance leaders, and IT teams to define financial system blueprints, optimize financial operations, and integrate Fusion Financials with enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials solutions, aligning enterprise financial structures (Legal Entities, Ledgers, Business Units, Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers) with regulatory standards.
- Define and optimize General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA) and Expenses.
- Design and implement Multi-Ledger, Multi-Currency, and Intercompany Accounting (ICA) models for global financial operations.
- Lead financial transformation initiatives, optimizing Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Oversee Financial Close & Consolidation (FCCS), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), and Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules for efficient financial reporting.
- Develop financial data migration strategies, leveraging FBDI, ADFdi, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for seamless transition from legacy systems.
- Establish financial security models, ensuring Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Data Access Sets, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance.
- Assess and mitigate the impact of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, ensuring continuous system optimization and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, guiding decision-making around financial system modernization and cloud adoption.
- Lead solution governance, change management, and stakeholder communication, providing financial and technical advisory support.
- Work closely with finance leaders to identify and quantify business value, create and validate business cases, and present ROI analyses.
