Role Overview
2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an Oracle EBS System Administrator – Techno-Functional to join its team in Riyadh and Al-Kharj. This full-time role involves supporting the operation, administration, customization, integration, and enhancement of Oracle E-Business Suite environments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate Oracle E-Business Suite financial and administrative systems.
- Oversee system customizations and configurations.
- Manage integrations with internal systems and configure integrations with relevant external platforms.
- Extract system statistics and information as required.
- Develop reports based on business needs.
- Gather and analyze user requirements for new services, prioritize business requirements, and coordinate stakeholder review and approval.
- Manage planning and design activities for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain system user guides.
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting system users and resolve incidents escalated from first-level support.
- Conduct incident analysis and identify root causes.
- Escalate incidents to vendors when necessary and monitor them through resolution.
- Required Technical Experience
- Proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Experience with Oracle EBS modules including FIN, HCM, and Supply Chain.
- Strong skills in SQL & PL/SQL.
- Demonstrated ability in report building.
- Experience in system analysis.
- Work Location
- This position is based in Riyadh and Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia.
