Role Overview
Looking for Oracle EBS System Administrators – Techno-Functional to support the operation, administration, customization, integration, and enhancement of Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate Oracle E-Business Suite financial and administrative systems.
- Manage system customizations and configurations.
- Manage integrations with internal systems.
- Configure integration with relevant external platforms.
- Extract system statistics and information upon request.
- Build reports based on business needs.
- Gather and analyze user requirements for new services.
- Prioritize business requirements and coordinate stakeholder review and approval.
- Manage planning and design activities for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain system user guides.
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting system users.
- Resolve incidents escalated from first-level support, conduct incident analysis, identify root causes, and escalate to vendors when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Available experience levels: 2+ years or 5+ years.
- Hands-on experience managing and operating Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Experience in customization, integration, and system upgrades.
- Experience in Information Systems Analysis.
- Ability to understand and implement system analysis documentation.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and teamwork capabilities.
Preferred Certification
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
Technical Experience
- Oracle E-Business Suite | FIN | HCM | Supply Chain | SQL & PL/SQL | Report Building | System Analysis.
