Overview

As an Oracle CX Senior Consultant, you will play a strategic client-facing role responsible for leading end-to-end Oracle CX implementations and advising organizations on customer engagement transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with enterprise and government stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Oracle CX solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CX Unity.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional and technical expertise with consulting, stakeholder management, and solution architecture capabilities.

Oracle CX Implementation & Solution Delivery

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle CX solutions, including:

• Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua / Responsys)

  • Oracle CPQ
  • Oracle CX Unity / Customer Intelligence Platform
  • Conduct discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable Oracle CX solutions
  • Design solution architecture, configurations, workflows, integrations, and customer engagement journeys
  • Lead system integrations with ERP, CRM, digital channels, and third-party platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Define and manage data migration strategies, APIs, integrations, and governance frameworks
  • Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, go-live activities, and post-production support
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise and government clients during digital transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate executive presentations, solution demonstrations, and strategic workshops
  • Provide guidance on Oracle CX roadmap planning, adoption strategy, and platform optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and change requests while proactively managing mitigation plans

Practice Development & Pre-Sales

  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations
  • Contribute to the growth of the Oracle practice through reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership across project teams
  • Stay updated with Oracle CX product releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle CX / Oracle Engagement Cloud solutions
  • Proven delivery experience across multiple Oracle CX modules, including at least four of the following:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Oracle CPQ

• CX Unity / Customer Data Platform

  • Previous experience within a consulting firm or system integrator environment
  • Strong experience managing enterprise and government-sector client engagements
  • Demonstrated expertise leading workshops, solution design sessions, and enterprise deployments

Technical Skills

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud, including:
  • Opportunity Management
  • Forecasting
  • Territory Management
  • Incentive Compensation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Service Cloud:
  • Case Management
  • SLA Management
  • Knowledge Base

• Digital Customer Service

  • Experience with Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua / Responsys)
  • Strong Oracle CPQ implementation experience including:
  • Product Catalogs
  • Pricing Rules
  • Approval Workflows
  • Quote-to-Order Processes
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ scripting and custom actions
  • Familiarity with Oracle CX Unity / Customer Intelligence solutions
  • Strong integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, FBDI, middleware integrations, and data governance best practices
