About the Role
Nokia Digital Office HR People team is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. Primary interested areas are: Compensation and Core HR. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise along with technical capabilities to support configuration, integrations, reporting, and data management within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Responsibilities
- Configure / implement / maintain Workforce Compensation and Individual Compensation plans
- Design compensation cycles
- Configure eligibility, budgets, worksheets, and approval hierarchies
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Support end-to-end compensation processes including testing and deployment
- Provide functional expertise and best practices for Compensation and Core HR module
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for compensation calculations
- Perform data loads using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and custom solutions
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, out of which 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Core HR module
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM design/configure/build, including Fast Formulas, VBS, HDL
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in large, multi-region, AMS engagements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective stakeholder management
- Experience in HR operations, especially Compensation and Core HR
- Experience in other Oracle HCM cloud modules/areas, e.g. ORC, Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management, Security and Access, HelpDesk, Advanced HCM Controls
- Experience in technical areas e.g HCM Extract, BIP, BICC, Integrations etc
- Relevant Oracle certifications
- Knowledge of automation tools for code migration, testing automation
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience in HR operations, especially Compensation and Core HR
- Experience in other Oracle HCM cloud modules/areas, e.g. ORC, Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management, Security and Access, HelpDesk, Advanced HCM Controls
