Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation Portfolio Coordination & Prioritization Manage the BV Operations innovation intake and evaluation process. Maintain visibility and reporting across active innovation initiatives. Assist leadership in prioritizing innovation opportunities based on business needs and expected value. Track project status, risks, outcomes, and resource requirements. Support portfolio planning and performance reporting. Governance & Reporting Facilitate innovation review meetings and stage-gate evaluations. Support development of business cases and investment recommendations. Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries. Monitor progress against defined success measures. Promote consistency in evaluation and decision-making processes. Value Realization & Scaling Assist project sponsors in defining expected benefits and success metrics. Track realized business outcomes and performance improvements. Support ROI assessments and value reporting. Identify opportunities to scale successful solutions. Share success stories and best practices across the organization. Engagement & Leadership Coordinate stakeholders, technology providers, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing activities. Use strong portfolio management, facilitation, and communication skills to advance practical innovation outcomes without relying on direct authority. Ability to balance innovation opportunities with operational priorities. Management Responsibilities Acts in capacity of a "lead person." Does not have management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work direction.
