Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Operations Manager to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role that combines office management, listings administration, and operational leadership.

The successful candidate will act as the backbone of the business—ensuring smooth internal processes, supporting agents, overseeing listings and transactions, and elevating operational standards across both brokerage and property management divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across sales, leasing, and property management
• Manage and optimise property listings, CRM systems, and portal performance
• Coordinate transactions and ensure compliance with RERA and Trakheesi requirements
• Supervise administrative staff and support agent productivity
• Implement and improve operational processes and workflows
• Act as the central point of coordination between management, agents, and support teams

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate operations within Dubai
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations, including RERA and Trakheesi processes
• Experience with major UAE property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and operational tools
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
